WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...THE 29.5 INCH LOW OVER LAKE HURON WILL CROSS NEW YORK
THIS MORNING AND CONTINUES EAST THROUGH THURSDAY. A 30.3 INCH HIGH
IS CENTERED OVER THE CENTRAL MANITOBA ONTARIO BORDER WHILE A 29.9
INCH LOW IS OVER SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN. BOTH SYSTEMS DRIFT
SOUTHEAST AND WEAKEN THROUGH THURSDAY. THE HIGH SLIDES SOUTH OF
THE LAKE AT 30.4 INCHES WHILE THE LOW WEAKENS TO 30.1 INCHES OVER
TEXAS. A WEAK LOW OF 30.0 INCHES FORMS OVER EASTERN ONTARIO
THURSDAY NIGHT...DRAGS A COLD FRONT DOWN THE LAKE FRIDAY...AND
DEEPENS TO 29.8 INCHES AS IT REACHES NEW ENGLAND FRIDAY EVENING. A
LARGE 30.9 INCH HIGH OVER SOUTH CENTRAL CANADA BUILDS OVER THE
PLAINS FRIDAY NIGHT AND REACHES THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES AT 30.7
INCHES SATURDAY NIGHT.
