AT THE SAME TIME...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES WILL DEVELOP OVER THE
NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS. EXPECT THE LOW TO TRACK EAST ACROSS THE UPPER
GREAT LAKES SATURDAY THEN REACH QUEBEC BY SUNDAY MORNING. THE LOW
WILL SHIFT TO NORTHEASTERN QUEBEC SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY AS HIGH
PRESSURE OF 30.7 INCHES BUILDS FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS INTO THE
UPPER GREAT LAKES REGION. THIS HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL PUSH INTO
QUEBEC BY TUESDAY MORNING AS LOW PRESSURE OF 29.9 INCHES DEVELOPS
