MINNESOTA...CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA...NORTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA AND
NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

WIND CHILL VALUES THIS MORNING WILL RANGE FROM 15 BELOW TO 25
BELOW ZERO ALONG AND WEST OF THE JAMES RIVER VALLEY. AREAS OF
LIGHT SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL AFFECT NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA AND
WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA THIS MORNING. AREAS OF REDUCED VISIBILITY
ARE LIKELY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE LIKELY ON SATURDAY AS A
STORM SYSTEM MOVES THROUGH THE REGION.
