MARGINAL TO SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WESTERN
AND NORTHEAST PORTIONS OF THE REGION LATER THIS AFTERNOON INTO
THIS EVENING...WITH THE BEST POTENTIAL OVER FAR NORTHWEST MAINE.
STRONGER THUNDERSTORMS THAT MAY FORM OVER THIS AREA WILL BE ABLE
TO TAP INTO STRONG WINDS AT AND ABOVE 10 THOUSAND FEET ABOVE
GROUND LEVEL...SO DAMAGING WINDS ARE THE MAIN CONCERN.
