DRY AIR WILL REMAIN IN PLACE TODAY OVER INTERIOR SECTIONS OF
WESTERN MAINE AND CENTRAL AND NORTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE....WHERE
AFTER RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL DROP TO 20 TO 30 PERCENT. THIS WILL
INCREASE THE THREAT OF WILDFIRES ONCE AGAIN. WINDS WILL BE LIGHT.
