STRONG WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45
MPH ARE EXPECTED SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY...AS A SURFACE LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES EAST THROUGH OKLAHOMA. THE WINDS AND LOW
RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL BRING NEAR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS.
