            BELOW FLOOD STAGE AROUND 730 AM CDT. FLOOD STAGE IS 23.5
            FEET. THE CREST WAS 24.66 FEET. MINOR FLOODING ALSO
            OBSERVED DOWNSTREAM AT MAPLE STREET.
