CONDITIONS WILL FAVOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF WATERSPOUTS THROUGH EARLY
AFTERNOON ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS OF SOUTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA
AND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

IF WATERSPOUTS OCCUR...MOVE YOUR BOAT AWAY FROM THE WATERSPOUT.
REMEMBER THAT WATERSPOUTS CAN DEVELOP RAPIDLY AND PRODUCE WINDS
AND SEAS THAT ARE DANGEROUS FOR VESSELS AND EVERYONE ONBOARD.

REPORT WATERSPOUTS TO THE COAST GUARD AND ASK THEM TO RELAY THE
REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON OR CALL THE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DIRECTLY AT 1-888-383-2024.
