...AREAS OF SEA FOG WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP OVER THE BAYS AND
NEARSHORE COASTAL WATERS EARLY THIS MORNING...

PERSISTENT MOIST ONSHORE FLOW ACROSS THE SLIGHTLY COOLER SEA
SURFACE WILL CONTRIBUTE TO AREAS OF FOG OVER THE BAYS AND
NEARSHORE COASTAL WATERS. PREVAILING VISIBILITIES WILL RANGE FROM
2 TO 4 NAUTICAL MILES. PATCHY DENSE FOG WITH VISIBILITIES AROUND 1
NAUTICAL MILE OR LESS MAY ALSO OCCUR.

MARINERS ARE URGED TO PREPARE FOR RAPID CHANGES IN VISIBILITY.
REDUCE YOUR SPEED AND MONITOR YOUR SURROUNDINGS FOR OTHER
VESSELS...BUOYS AND BREAKWATERS. KEEP YOUR NAVIGATION LIGHTS ON.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER CRAFT
OR NOT EQUIPPED WITH RADAR...SHOULD CONSIDER SEEKING SAFE HARBOR.

CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE DURING THE MID MORNING HOURS
