...AREAS OF SEA FOG POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT...

AREA OBSERVATIONS AND REPORTS INDICATE THAT AREAS OF FOG ARE
IMPACTING PORTIONS OF THE AREA BAYS AND WATERWAYS...AND THE
ADJACENT NEAR AND OFFSHORE WATERS. AREAS OF FOG ARE EXPECTED TO
PERSIST THROUGH AT LEAST MID AFTERNOON WHEN WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO
SHIFT TO A MORE SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION...AND EVENTUALLY NORTHERLY
AFTER FRONTAL PASSAGE BY LATE AFTERNOON.

VISIBILITIES THIS AFTERNOON MAY FLUCTUATE GREATLY OVER SHORT
DISTANCES...WITH ISOLATED LOCATIONS EXPERIENCING VISIBILITIES OF
LESS THAN 1 NAUTICAL MILE.
