INLET TO 12 NM SOUTHEAST OF BOGUE INLET...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 KT.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  CAPE LOOKOUT AT 715 PM.
  R-8 BUOY AT 720 PM.
  AR285 AT 725 PM.
  NORTHWEST PLACES AT 730 PM.
  THE KNUCKLE BUOY...BIG TEN FATHOM AT 740 PM.
  ATLAS TANKER AT 745 PM.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS OF 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...
AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY OR
