AT 334 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 9 NM NORTHEAST
OF THE CENTER OF THE ALBEMARLE SOUND TO NEAR ALLIGATOR RIVER
BRIDGE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
THE VICINITY OF THE MOUTH OF THE ALLIGATOR RIVER... ALLIGATOR RIVER
BRIDGE... THE VICINITY OF MASHOES AND KILL DEVIL HILLS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
