LEVELS AT MORGANS PT WERE -2.59 FEET AND MANCHESTER WAS -1.55
FEET. TIDE LEVELS HAVE BOTTOMED OUT AND WATER LEVELS WILL BEGIN
TO RISE AS HIGH TIDE APPROACHES LATER THIS AFTERNOON.

AFTERNOON. WATER LEVELS WILL SLOWLY RECOVER LATER THIS AFTERNOON.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A LOW WATER ADVISORY MEANS WATER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO BE
SIGNIFICANTLY BELOW AVERAGE. MARINERS SHOULD USE EXTREME CAUTION
AND TRANSIT AT THE SLOWEST SAFE NAVIGABLE SPEED TO MINIMIZE
IMPACT.
