.STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS AND ROUGH SEAS IN THE WAKE OF THE COLD
FRONT WILL LINGER INTO THE AFTERNOON FOR THE OUTER COASTAL WATERS
BEFORE DIMINISHING AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS OVER THE REGION.

ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS, ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
