  NEAR 20 KNOTS. WINDS WILL DIMINISH TO 10 TO 15 KNOTS BY SUNDAY
  AFTERNOON BUT A LINGERING SWELL IS EXPECTED. SEAS WILL BUILD TO
  6 TO 8 FEET NEAR SHORE AND 8 TO 10 FEET OFFSHORE INTO TONIGHT.
  BOATING CONDITIONS WILL REMAIN HAZARDOUS THROUGH THE WEEKEND.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
