  SUSTAINED WINDS OF UP TO 19 KNOTS FROM THE SOUTH...WITH GUSTS
  UP TO 23 KNOTS. THE LARGEST EXPECTED SIGNIFICANT WAVES WILL BE
  6 FEET WITH A MAXIMUM WAVE HEIGHT OF UP TO 9 FEET POSSIBLE.

* TIMING: THE MAXIMUM WINDS ARE EXPECTED AROUND 3 AM EDT
