BANDS OF LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE FROM
SOUTHEAST TO NORTHWEST ACROSS THE REGION THIS AFTERNOON WITH
TEMPERATURES STEADY OR SLOWLY FALLING FROM THE MID AND UPPER 30S.
THE RAIN WILL MIX WITH, THEN CHANGE TO SLEET AND WET SNOW DURING
THE MID TO LATER AFTERNOON HOURS ACROSS THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF
CENTRAL AND WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA WHERE TEMPERATURES WILL BE
BETWEEN 32 AND 34 DEGREES. A GRADUAL CHANGEOVER TO SLEET AND WET
SNOW WILL OCCUR THROUGHOUT THE CENTRAL VALLEYS AND NORTHERN
MOUNTAINS BETWEEN 5 AND 7 PM.
