RIVER COUNTIES THROUGH MIDNIGHT. THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE CAPABLE
OF DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...GUSTY WINDS AND LOCALLY
HEAVY RAINFALL.

ELSEWHERE...IT WILL REMAIN MOSTLY CLEAR WITH TEMPERATURES IN
THE UPPER 80S TO MID 90S THROUGH 10 PM. THE RED RIVER COUNTIES MIGHT
COOL INTO THE  MID 80S WHERE THUNDERSTORM OUTFLOW OCCURS OR
AFTER THE APPROACHING COLD FRONT MOVES INTO NORTH TEXAS.
