MORNING. AROUND A TENTH OF AN INCH OF RAIN CAN BE EXPECTED IN
AREAS OF STEADIER RAIN, ESPECIALLY ACROSS NORTHERN NEW JERSEY.
NORTHWEST WINDS FROM 10 TO 20 MPH AND GUSTING TO 25 MPH WILL
CONTINUE, WITH TEMPERATURES RANGING FROM THE 40S TO LOWER 50S.
