Widespread light to moderate rain continues to affect all of
Northwest and North Central Louisiana and portions of Southern
Arkansas and East Texas. This activity is moving northeast at 30
mph. Through 4 PM, most of the rain will be southeast of a line
from Jacksonville and Jefferson Texas to Fouke and Camden
Arkansas. Brief, heavy downpours will be possible at times.
