develop and move northeastward across the Toledo Bend area and

...TORNADO WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR PORTIONS OF THE EAST TEXAS
LAKES AND TOLEDO BEND AREA UNTIL 9 PM CDT...
Strong to severe thunderstorms have begun developing over
southeast Texas. These storms will move to the northeast around 35
mph. Stronger storms could produce strong to damaging wind gusts,
hail, and frequent deadly lightning.
