THE NORTHWEST AT AROUND 10 TO 15 MPH. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS
SHOULD GENERALLY BE UNDER ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH...WITH SOME
LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.
