STRENGTHEN THE PRESSURE GRADIENT ACROSS THE LOWER TEXAS COAST
THURSDAY. THE STRONG NORTH WINDS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE COASTAL
SECTIONS OF DEEP SOUTH TEXAS THURSDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH AT LEAST
THURSDAY EVENING.
