...STRONG WINDS TO DEVELOP TONIGHT TO THE EAST OF DESERT MOUNTAIN
RANGES AND IN THE SACRAMENTO MOUNTAINS...

.AN APPROACHING UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM WILL BRING STRONG WEST
TO SOUTHWEST WINDS TO PARTS OF THE REGION TONIGHT AND TOMORROW.
STRONG DOWNSLOPE WINDS WITH GUSTS 45 TO 55 MPH WILL DEVELOP
AROUND MIDNIGHT TONIGHT EAST OF DESERT MOUNTAIN RANGES INCLUDING
THE FRANKLIN AND ORGAN MOUNTAINS. SIMILAR WIND GUSTS WILL ALSO
BEGIN TO AFFECT PARTS OF THE SACRAMENTO MOUNTAINS, ESPECIALLY
EXPOSED RIDGELINES. THE OVERNIGHT WINDS WILL BE ERRATIC AT TIMES,
WITH PERIODIC LULLS. WINDS WILL BECOME STEADIER AFTER DAYBREAK AND
THROUGH THE AFTERNOON HOURS TOMORROW, AND WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE
OTERO MESA, AND MUCH OF HUDSPETH COUNTY.

ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 7 PM MST
TUESDAY.

* TIMING...SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE AFTER MIDNIGHT,
  ESPECIALLY ON EXPOSED RIDGELINES, THEN BECOME MORE PREVALENT
  THROUGH THE DAY ON TUESDAY.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST WINDS 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH
  POSSIBLE LATE TONIGHT INTO TOMORROW MORNING. WINDS WILL SHIFT TO
  THE WEST AFTER DAYBREAK AND PERSIST INTO THE AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...SUDDEN GUSTS WILL MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT. ISOLATED
