THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN HANFORD HAS ISSUED A DENSE FOG
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 8 PM THIS EVENING TO NOON PST
FRIDAY.

* TIMING...DENSE FOG WILL BEGIN TO FORM THIS EVENING THEN BECOME
  MORE WIDESPREAD OVERNIGHT WITH MUCH OF THE VALLEY AFFECTED BY
  EARLY FRIDAY MORNING. VISIBILITIES WILL GRADUALLY IMPROVE
  THROUGH THE LATE MORNING.

* VISIBILITY...BECOMING WIDESPREAD LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE. MANY
  AREAS LIKELY DROPPING BELOW 500 FEET.

* IMPACTS...DENSE FOG CAN MAKE DRIVING HAZARDOUS...ESPECIALLY
  DURING THE MORNING COMMUTE. SLOW DOWN...PUT HEADLIGHTS ON LOW
  BEAM...AND LEAVE EXTRA STOPPING DISTANCE BETWEEN YOU AND THE
  VEHICLE IN FRONT OF YOU. IF POSSIBLE...POSTPONE TRAVEL UNTIL
  CONDITIONS IMPROVE.
