...HEAT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* Heat Index Values...Up to 108 due to temperatures in the upper
  80s, and dewpoints in the upper 70s.

* Timing...Late morning through late afternoon.

* Impacts...High heat and humidity will increase the risk for
  heat exhaustion and even heat stroke if precautionary measures
  are not taken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Heat Advisory means that a period of hot temperatures is
expected. The combination of hot temperatures and high humidity
will create a situation in which heat illnesses are possible. To
reduce the risk of heat illness during outdoor work, the
occupational safety and health administration recommends
scheduling frequent rest breaks in shaded or air conditioned
environments.
