...DENSE FOG ADVISORY THIS MORNING...

.Areas of dense fog remain possible through midday as a moist
airmass prevails over the cool ground and bodies of water across
the area. The fog may be especially dense over and near rivers,
bayous, lakes and other bodies of water.

...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

The National Weather Service in New Orleans has cancelled the
Dense Fog Advisory.

Visibilities have improved to greater than one mile across the
area. There is potential for fog to redevelop tonight, when
another advisory may be necessary.

...DENSE FOG ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY...

* VISIBILITY...1/4 mile or less at times.

* IMPACTS...Areas of dense fog will significantly reduce
  visibility at times, which can result in hazardous travel
  conditions. The fog may be especially dense near and over
  bodies of water.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving...slow down...
use your headlights...and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
