...WIND ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

The National Weather Service in Memphis has cancelled the Wind
Advisory.

The strongest bands from Tropical Depression Cindy continue to
move northeastward out of the Mid-South. Thus ending the threat
for sustained winds over 25 mph. Although, gusty winds of 10 to 20
mph with gusts to 30 mph will continue into the afternoon hours.
