CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN MINNESOTA INTO WESTERN WISCONSIN...

.WIDESPREAD DENSE FOG...WITH NEAR ZERO VISIBILITIES HAS DEVELOPED
EARLY THIS MORNING ALONG AND EAST OF A FAIRMONT...TO OLIVIA...TO
LONG PRAIRIE LINE. THIS FOG WILL PERSIST INTO THE MID MORNING
BEFORE IMPROVING. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO USE EXTRA CAUTION BY
REDUCING SPEED... ALLOWING EXTRA SPACE BETWEEN VEHICLES AND USING
LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS.
