.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Maria was centered near 34.1N 73.0W at
5 PM EDT this afternoon, and was moving N or 360 degrees at
06 kt. Maria is expected to move to near 35.5N 72.7W at 2 PM Wed,
36.3N 69.9W at 2 PM Thu, and then reach 38.3N 60.6W east of the
waters at 2 PM Fri and then move well east of the waters by 2 PM
Sat as a post-tropical cyclone. Also, S to SE swell from Tropical
Storm Maria will impact the area tonight into Fri night. Please
refer to the latest National Hurricane Center advisory for Maria.
Otherwise, a cold front will move over the NW portion Thu into
Thu night, reach the central waters early Fri, and move over the
S waters Fri night before passing SE of the area Sat and Sat
night. Weak low pressure will pass across the N and central
waters Fri night and Sat. Another high pressure ridge will build
just N of the waters Sat into Sun night.
