.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRES WILL PREVAIL OVER THE GULF WATERS THROUGH
THU BEFORE RETREATING EASTWARD. THIS WILL ENABLE A COLD FRONT TO
MOVE INTO THE NORTHERN WATERS THU NIGHT. THE FRONT WILL STALL
AND DISSIPATE ALONG 28N THROUGH FRI NIGHT. A SECOND COLD FRONT
WILL MOVE INTO THE NW WATERS SUN EVENING.

NEAR 29N75W. THE FIRST FRONT WILL STALL AND WEAKEN THROUGH LATE
THU WHEN THE REINFORCING FRONT MERGES WITH THE STALLED FRONT.
THE MERGED FRONT WILL EXTEND FROM NEAR 23N65W TO THE WINDWARD
PASSAGE THU NIGHT...FROM 21N65W TO HISPANIOLA FRI NIGHT...THEN
SE OF THE AREA SAT NIGHT. A THIRD COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE
