FRONT WILL ENTER TO FAR NW OFFSHORE WATERS THURSDAY EVENING AND THEN
REACH KAUAI FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND THE CENTRAL ISLANDS FRIDAY EVENING
WHERE IT WILL STALL THROUGH THE WEEKEND. UNSETTLED WEATHER WILL
ACCOMPANY THE FRONT THROUGH THE WEEKEND AND INTO THE EARLY PART OF
NEXT WEEK.
