STRONG ARCTIC COLD FRONT CROSSES THE WATERS. THE STRENGTHENING
LOW WILL SLOWLY MOVE NE AND PASS S OF NOVA SCOTIA SAT AND SAT
NIGHT. A HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL BUILD IN FROM THE NW LATE SUN AND
SUN NIGHT THEN PASS E OF THE AREA MON. ANOTHER DEVELOPING LOW
PRES WILL MOVE OFF THE NRN MID ATLC COAST LATE SUN NIGHT INTO
