CONDITIONS GIVEN REPRESENT THE HIGHEST WITHIN THAT PERIOD.

SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A STATIONARY FRONT JUST SE OF
GEORGES BANK WILL REMAIN IN THIS VICINITY EARLY TODAY. LOW PRES
ALONG THE FRONT JUST S OF GEORGES BANK WILL PASS NE OF THE WATERS
AND PULL THE FRONT JUST E OF THE WATERS LATER TODAY. WEAK HIGH
PRES WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY OVER THE WATERS THROUGH
TONIGHT BEFORE SHIFTING E OF THE AREA FRI AND FRI NIGHT. THE
STATIONARY FRONT WILL THEN DRIFT BACK TO THE N AND NW OVER THE
REGION AS A WEAK WARM FRONT THU NIGHT THROUGH SUN WHILE
APPROACHING THE COAST. THE FRONT WILL STALL AGAIN SUN NIGHT AND
DISSIPATE MON. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH THE COAST FROM THE
NW MON NIGHT.
