.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure centered W of the
waters will weaken tonight. A cold front will move into the far
NW portion tonight, continue SE over the central waters Fri,
before dissipating as it moves into the southern waters Fri
night. A low pressure trough along the California coast will
weaken tonight into Fri. The trough will strengthen Fri night,
persist through Sat night, before weakening Sun into Mon. High
pressure will build across the region Mon and Mon night and
persist through Tue night.
