...ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED FOR AREAS OF THE
SOUTH PLAINS AND THE FAR SOUTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLE ON THE CAPROCK THIS
AFTERNOON...

WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL BE FAVORABLE FOR WILDFIRE GROWTH.

* TIMING: FROM 11 AM UNTIL 6 PM.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY: WILL FALL INTO THE 10 TO 15 PERCENT RANGE.

* WIND: FROM THE WEST TO NORTHWEST AT 10 TO 15 MPH AT THE 20 FOOT
  LEVEL.

* FUELS: ARE DRY WITH FURTHER DRYING EXPECTED.

THESE CONDITIONS WILL SUPPORT THE SPREAD OF WILDFIRES. OUTDOOR
BURNING AND ACTIVITIES THAT INVOLVE OPEN SPARKS OR FLAMES ARE
DISCOURAGED.
