.DISCUSSION...DRY WEATHER IS EXPECTED WITH HIGHS REACHING THE 80S
TO LOWER 90S. WARMER AND DRIER WEATHER WILL PUSH INTO THE AREA
SATURDAY. TEMPERATURES ACROSS THE WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA PLAINS
WILL RISE WELL INTO THE 90S. RELATIVE HUMIDITY ACROSS PORTIONS OF
THE NORTHEAST WYOMING PLAINS WILL DROP TO 18 TO 28 PERCENT OR
BELOW. SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE THROUGH THE DAY TO 10 TO 15
MPH.

POTENTIAL FOR A FIRE OCCURRENCE. OUTDOOR BURNING SHOULD BE
RESTRICTED TO EARLY MORNING OR EVENING HOURS WHEN WIND SPEEDS
ARE USUALLY LOWER AND THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS HIGHER.
