.AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE 60S...DROPPING RELATIVE
HUMIDITY VALUES BELOW 20 PERCENT. AS A RESULT...FINE FUELS WILL BE
CONDUCIVE TO FIRE INITIATION. WHEN COMBINED WITH WEST WINDS NEAR
20 MPH...AND SOME HIGHER GUSTS...ANY FIRES THAT FORM WILL BE
LIKELY TO SPREAD AND COULD BE DIFFICULT TO CONTAIN.
