...RED FLAG WARNING HAS EXPIRED FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE
HUMIDITY FOR FOR CENTRAL...EAST CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST MISSOURI AS
WELL AS SOUTHWEST ILLINOIS...

The Reg Flag Warning has expired. Colder air was spreading across
the area in the wake of an earlier cold front passage. The
falling temperatures has resulted in increasing relative humidity
levels to above values associated with critical fire weather
conditions. Temperatures will continue to fall tonight with
relative humidity increasing in tandem. Strong and gusty northwest
winds will however continue this evening, with diminishing winds
expected late tonight into early Tuesday morning.
