For Hubbard Creek near Albany.

* Flood Stage:                35.0 feet.
* Action Stage:               32.0 feet.
* Forecast:  Hubbard Creek near Albany is forecast to 32.2 feet,
which is just above action stage, early this afternoon. The river is
then forecast to steadily fall below action stage later this
afternoon.
