A LARGE COOL AND MOIST CANADIAN HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM CENTERED OVER
NORTHERN SASKATCHEWAN EARLY THIS MORNING WILL CONTINUE PUSHING
SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE REGION...BRINGING A LARGE AREA OF LOW STRATUS
CLOUDS ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS. THE CLOUDS ARE FORECAST TO BEGIN
DISSIPATING DURING THE AFTERNOON. LOOK FOR HIGHS TODAY RANGING FROM
THE MID 30S IN SOUTH CENTRAL CANADA TO THE MID 50S OVER SOUTHERN
MINNESOTA AND SOUTH DAKOTA.

TONIGHT THE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM SHOULD MOVE SOUTHEAST INTO THE RED
RIVER VALLEY. LOOK FOR LOWS TONIGHT FROM THE TEENS IN EASTERN
PORTIONS OF THE REGION TO THE LOWER 30S IN THE SOUTHEASTERN MONTANA.

EXPECT WINDY CONDITIONS IN THE WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS ON
FRIDAY...WITH HIGHS FROM THE 30S EAST TO THE 50S OVER SOUTHEASTERN
MONTANA.
