A COLD FRONT TRANSITIONS TO A SHEAR LINE NORTH OF MINAMI TORI SHIMA
AT ABOUT 25N155E. THE SHEAR LINE THEN CONTINUES SOUTHWESTWARD TO
BEYOND 130E AT 15N. CLOUDINESS AND PATCHY SHOWERS ARE FOUND ALONG
AND UP TO 190 MILES NORTHWEST OF THIS BOUNDARY.

A NEAR-EQUATORIAL TROUGH STRETCHES EASTWARD FROM 4N130E TO A
TROPICAL DISTURBANCE CENTERED SOUTH OF KOROR NEAR 5N135E...THEN
TURNS SOUTHEASTWARD TO END AT EQ150E. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING OVER THE REPUBLIC OF PALAU AND YAP STATE
BETWEEN 10N AND 3N FROM 130E TO 139E. FARTHER EAST...SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND ISOLATED SHOWERS ARE LOCATED SOUTHEAST OF YAP WITHIN 80
MILES OF A LINE FROM 6N139E TO 6N146E AND ALSO SOUTH OF CHUUK WITHIN
70 MILES OF A LINE FROM 4N149E TO 3N154E TO EQ156E.

TRADE-WIND CONVERGENCE IS GENERATING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS SOUTH OF THE MARSHALL ISLANDS AND WEST OF BUTARITARI
AND TARAWA ATOLLS SOUTH OF A LINE FROM 2N163E TO 4N173E.
