The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL out
  20 NM...
  Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL from 20 to
  60 NM...

* Until 400 PM CST

* At 320 PM CST, a thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was
  located near Okaloosa Deep Water Reef, or 21 nm south of Destin,
  moving northeast at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats...damage
           vessels and oil rigs.  Make sure all on board are in a
           secure location. Expect wind gusts in excess of 34
           knots...suddenly higher waves...frequent lightning...and
           heavy downpours.  Make sure all on board are wearing life
           jackets.

* The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
