PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL AT TIMES REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO ONE QUARTER
MILE ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN PENNSYLVANIA THROUGH 8 AM. THE
DENSEST FOG WILL BE IN THE LOW LYING REGIONS. CONDITIONS WILL
SLOWLY IMPROVE BETWEEN 8 AM AND 9 AM. PLEASE DRIVE CAUTIOUSLY AS
ANY DENSE FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES AND INCREASE TRAVEL TIME.
