SHERIDAN...NORTHEASTERN GOVE AND GRAHAM COUNTIES UNTIL 530 AM CDT...

At 437 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Morland, or 11 miles west of Hill City, moving northeast at 55 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Hill City, Quinter, Grainfield, Grinnell, Lenora, Morland and Bogue.

This includes Interstate 70 in Kansas between mile markers 85 and
112.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 1000 AM CDT for
northwestern and west central Kansas.
