...LOCALLY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING...

Areas of dense fog have developed this morning, especially in
river valleys. Motorists are urged to use caution while out early
this morning as the visibility may drop to a quarter mile or less
over over a short distance. Use low beam headlights when
encountering dense fog.
