The National Weather Service in Wichita has issued a

* Significant Weather Advisory for...
  Southern Labette County in southeastern Kansas...

* Until 1215 AM CDT

* At 1107 PM CDT...National Weather Service Doppler radar was
  tracking strong thunderstorms with locally very heavy rainfall
  over northeast Oklahoma and southern Labette county...moving
  northeast at 40 mph.

Very heavy rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour are possible
over the next hour or two, which could lead to pockets of flash
flooding for flood-prone and low-lying areas across mainly southern
Labette county.

* Locations impacted include...
  Oswego, Chetopa, Altamont, Edna, Bartlett and Angola.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The storms are not expected to become severe.
