REGION...

COLDER AIR WILL MOVE INTO THE UPPER CUMBERLAND REGION THIS
MORNING...CHANGING ANY LINGERING LIGHT PRECIPITATION OVER TO A
MIX OF SNOW...DRIZZLE AND FREEZING DRIZZLE. THIS WILL OCCUR
BETWEEN 6 AM AND 10 AM AS TEMPERATURES FALL AROUND THE FREEZING
MARK. MOST LOCATIONS WILL HAVE ONLY TRACE AMOUNTS. THE HIGHEST
ELEVATIONS MAY HAVE UP TO ONE QUARTER INCH OF SNOW.

TRAVELERS MAY ENCOUNTER SOME SLICK SPOTS ACROSS THE UPPER
CUMBERLAND REGION THIS MORNING. CAUTION IS ADVISED...ESPECIALLY
FOR BACK ROADS...BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES.
