...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 430 PM CDT
FOR NORTHERN KINNEY...SOUTHWESTERN EDWARDS AND EAST CENTRAL VAL VERDE
COUNTIES...

At 344 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 15 miles southeast
of Carta Valley, or 21 miles northwest of Brackettville, moving
southeast at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Loma Alta, Carta Valley, Vinegarone and Kickapoo Cavern State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
