A SMALL CHANCE OF SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY REMAINS IN THE
FORECAST EARLY WEDNESDAY AS PLENTY OF MOISTURE CONTINUES TO COMBINE
WITH A WEAK UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE. THE BEST CHANCE FOR ANY RAIN
WILL BE IN SOUTHEAST MISSOURI. A DRY PERIOD IS EXPECTED LATE
WEDNESDAY AND WILL LAST THROUGH EARLY ON FRIDAY. WARM...HUMID AIR
WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THIS TIME FRAME WITH HIGHS IN THE UPPER 80S
AND LOWER 90S. A COLD FRONT WILL BRING BACK A BETTER CHANCE OF
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND WILL LAST THROUGH
EARLY SATURDAY. AFTER THE FRONTAL PASSAGE. TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED
TO BE COOLER THROUGH THE WEEKEND AND EARLY NEXT WEEK.
