...SYNOPSIS...
A LARGE AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER FROM THE YUCATAN PENINSULA EXTENDS
THROUGH ALL OF CUBA AND THE WESTERN CARIBBEAN. MEANWHILE, DRIER AIR
ASSOCIATED WITH HIGH PRESSURE OVER GEORGIA IS MOVING SOUTH INTO
CENTRAL FLORIDA. THIS WILL TIGHTEN THE PRESSURE GRADIENT AND CREATE
BREEZY NORTHEAST WINDS THAT WILL AFFECT THE AREA THROUGH THE
WEEKEND. SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL PASS ACROSS SOUTH FLORIDA BUT NOT
MAKE MUCH HEADWAY PAST THE EVERGLADES OR LAKE OKEECHOBEE.
