* THE COLDEST READINGS ARE EXPECTED ALONG THE LAKE HURON
  COAST...INCLUDING CHEBOYGAN AND ROGERS CITY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND WINDS WILL
COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN FROST
BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. IF YOU

  MACKINAC COUNTIES.

* LOOK FOR PERIODS OF VERY POOR VISIBILITY.

* WIND CHILLS WILL BE AS COLD AS 30 BELOW ZERO TONIGHT...WITH THE
  COLDEST READINGS IN THE ST MARYS RIVER VALLEY.

* PLAN ON SLIPPERY ROAD CONDITIONS...INCLUDING DURING THE
  MORNING COMMUTE. THE COLD WIND CHILLS WILL CAUSE FROSTBITE IN
