.LIGHT SNOW HAS DEVELOPED ACROSS PORTIONS SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA INTO CENTRAL
IOWA LATE THIS EVENING. THIS SNOW WILL GRADUALLY EXPAND EASTWARD
TONIGHT...SPREADING INTO THE AREA. MOST AREAS WILL NOT SEE
ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL UNTIL AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT. 2 TO 5 INCHES
OF SNOW IS EXPECTED BY LATE SUNDAY AFTERNOON. ALSO...BREEZY
SOUTHEAST WINDS COULD CREATE PATCHY BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW IN
