* TIMING...FROM LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY MONDAY EVENING.

* HAZARDS...HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 6 INCHES TONIGHT AND 6 TO 9 INCHES
  MONDAY...LEADING TO STORM TOTALS OF 10 TO 15 INCHES.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH PRODUCING
  SIGNIFICANT BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.

* VISIBILITIES...LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.

* WIND CHILLS...AROUND 10 BELOW ZERO AT TIMES.
